How to use my KitchenAid blender without messing it up? Please help !?
well I just bought a new blender from Kitchen Aid and it has buttons like crush ice, stir, mix, chop, liquify, and etc.
And I'd like to know what buttons I am supposed to push when making a smoothie that has like for example strawberries , crushed ice, pineapples, milk , yogurt and sugar in it, cause first I did crushed ice and then pushed the chop button and all the things got stuck and stopped moving, I think it was because there were too much hard stuff so I opened it and stirred it around to get it all even and added more milk and then it started working again. Is it possible for the blender to break if it gets stuck again?
Just wondering what I should do next time!
Kitchen Aid is a top brand...very sturdy. My suggestion is to read the manual thoroughly. When dealing with hard ingredients tlike ice cubes, the blades can "stick". However, once you move things about with a wooden spoon it should get going again. You'll get the hang of it the more you use it. Regarding the subject of ice cubes again, you might want to start out using smaller ice cubes from the beginning.
Can you make almond milk without a vita-mix blender? easy 10 points!?
I really want to make almond milk or any other nut milk for that matter but i was looking at the nut milk recipes shown on Youtube and like all of them had the Vita-Mix blender so i was wondering if it would turn out okay just using my regular kitchen aid blender. Thanks a million!!! = ]
yes
use ur blender
how does the vita-mix blender compare to the kitchen aid blender?
I have heard that the Vita-mix blender is better to make nut milk and other raw food things but would the kitchen aid blender work just the same? Thank you! = ]
it's awesome! I use to have a kitchen aid blender but got a vita-mix at a costco road show a year ago - it works great. i use it every day to make smoothies and really haven't pushed it to the limit with nut butters but i'm sure it would do wonders!
Deciding whether or not to keep this 12-cup Kitchen Aid food processor I bought; better than a blender?
Hello everyone,
Trying to decide whether or not I should keep this 12-cup food processor I bought, and some of the things that are holding me back are: I want exactly what a blender does, but have one, which is liquefy foods -- will a food processor "liquefy food", i.e. make it into a mush?
What are some of the advantages of a food processor over a blender?\
Thanks,
Ben
Although similar to a blender, it has some differences. The main one is that they don't blend food, but mostly cuts it and mixes it. Other differences are its size and variety of options for processing food.
Electric versions are the best food processors. They have enough force to blend anything and are much quicker than manual processors
Food processors can be used for a series of tasks. For example, you can make sauces for your food or dressing for salads. It's quite different to mix a salad dressing inside a machine than doing it by hand on a bowl.
You can also chop different kinds of meat, nuts, vegetable, dried fruit, cheese and herbs. Almost anything you may need for preparing your favorite food. You can even liquefy food! Home based baby food processors became a reality when this appliance appeared in the market.
can anyone recomend good brand of blenders?
i need a high powered blender that at least 600 watt and is not a kennmore or kitchen aid blender or the oster brand either
We just bought to of these for our store( to make smoothies) and they're great.
