where can i find a 12 volt coffee maker?

i am looking for a 12 volt coffee maker that dispenses the coffee or hot water from the bottom of the kettle. has a push valve type, like on a 5 gallon water dispenser.

I would recommend Zaccardis.com. They have a wide selection of specialty coffee items, makers, espresso machines, etc. Plus they're at a great price.

Only to find that it takes 40 mins to brew a pot of coffee? Or is mine just defective?

That is a little too slow. Mine on the boat takes about 15. Slow buts does work ok. It is a 4 cupper tho. How big is yours.

I am looking for a 12 volt coffee maker that makes up to 12 cups for the camper, and was wondering if anyone knew where to buy one in Edmonton.

Fraserway RV sells a 5 cup 12-volt coffee maker (30 minute brew time). I'm not sure if their location in Edmonton would have them, but you can ask. If not, you can order one from Fraserway.

If you're going to be using it in the camper, I think you'd be better off buying the Coleman coffeemaker that sits on top of the propane stove. You can buy those pretty much anywhere that sells camping gear (such as Canadian Tire), and you'll get your pot of coffee a lot faster than 30 minutes, without the drain on your camper's battery.
