dishwasher drain?

I removed the no return valve and there is no debris inside and the impeller turns freely. And as soon as you press the start button in a wash programme the main circulation motor runs .(( All Miele dishwashers do this when you press the start button )). So I guess the next step would be to remove the drain pipe from the sink end and use a snake to remove any debris,
For there is no way I could get to the other end by the dishwasher .it runs along inside the cabinet. Does this sound ok,

Remove the drain line at the connection to the sink.
Place drain hose into a bucket and turn on dishwasher.
If you get water .... you know the problem is at the sink.
If no water , you must remove the dishwasher.
Removing the dish washer is very easy. Unplug it .. remove water supply line.. open dishwasher door, and remove two screws that hold dishwasher to the bottom of the counter top.
Then pull it out. Note you may have to lower the leveling screws to slide it out.

Miele dishwasher G 638 PLUS?

My dishwasher has suddenly developed a fault, where it fills up with water and goes through a wash sequence then stops and the INLET/DRAIN light appears on the machine and then fails to drain the excess water, I have disconnected all the pipes at the back of the machine to check for blockages to no avail , i was wondering if it was the machine itself that could be blocked? it is now around 7 years old.
Is there a debris catch on the dishwasher itself? Some dishwashers have a trap to block food from going down the waste water hose. My dishwasher flushes back into my garbage disposal, so if that's jammed up then my dishwasher also gets jammed.
Check both those spots....another thing you could try is filling up the soap trays with white vinegar and run an empty cycle, that may be enough to clean out any extra stuff that's clogging up something.

Miele dishwasher falling forward???

I have a Miele dishwasher that used to be completely fine but recently it has started falling forward when I pull out more than one shelf... like the weight of the dishes makes it fall over. (It's a built-in by the way.....) Any tips would be really helpful!!
Dishwasher is not screwed to floor, it's screwed to underside of counter. Look for metal flange at top edge of dishwasher. Should be 2 holes. Use 3/4" flat head screws.
