How can a walk in freezer and walk in cooler can be certified in Green Commercial Kitchen?

I want my commercial kitchen to be certified by LEED but i want to provide a walk in cooler(refrigerator) and walk in freezer.

Raise the thermostat to 49 degrees. While you may kill a few people from food poisoning, you will have the satisfaction of being "green". And isn't that what it's all about?

A commercial freezer vaporizes ammonia in its cooling coils to remove heat from an ice machine. How much ammonia at -33 degrees C must be vaporized to remove 6,850 kilojoules of heat from the ice machine?

your Q doesn't provide latent heat of vaporisation of ammonia at -33 deg C.

However once you have the data , just do
h is latent heat of vaporisation of NH3 at -33 deg C

m X h= 6858
m= 6858/h kg

As per source with me, h is 1371.2 kJ/kg
so m= 6858/1371.2
m= 5 kg

Is the sugar in organic and natural home made juice just as bad as the sugar in normal commercial juice?

During the summer my mom goes to friends houses and large fields to pick organic and natural apples, rasberries, blueberries and pears.

She always brings home at least 2 or 3 huge garbage bag full of those fruits and berries home. She uses them to make juice for us and puts it in bottles.

And the juice is just as if not more sweet than the juice you buy at stores.

So I want to know if it's actually healthier than the store juices. My mom says it should be a lot healthier.

I drink 1 or 2 cups a day. If the sugar in these juice are just as bad then I'll drink less. Plus they are so much fibres and seeds in the rasberry mixes of juices. But i like them all.

Since my mom picks so much, she puts them in ziplock bags and puts them in the freezer. So throughout the whole year we get these natural juices. Then next summer my mom goes to pick more . I actually like it.

The sugar in fruit is simple fructose, whereas most commercial juices are made with HFCS (high fructose corn syrup). Which despite their media attempts to prove otherwise, still isn't good for you. It's an artificial sweetner and helps to preserve the juice (which is why juices in stores don't need to be frozen like what your mom does).

In general you don't want to consume too much sugar no matter where it comes from, so maybe try to sub a little of your juice for water, but in comparison to commercial juices the ones you are drinking is way, wayyy better!

In fact I'm a little jealous of all the wonderful juice you get! I want some! =D
