This product would have been 69.99 and I got it for 13.99. It was not in a box and I later realised that it is missing the breakaway chord. I am online right now looking for the manufacturers website or phone number, so that I can order the chord, but am having no success.
Does anyone know how I can get this imformation, or if i can purchase a chord somewhere seperatley?
All sales are final. I saw the sign by the check out last friday when I was there GL

how to clean the drainage pan from the t-fal deep fryer?
Feb 16, 2008 by phyllis_lucas59@sbcglobal.net | Posted in Cleaning & Laundry
I am talking about the new t-fal fryer that cleans itself as seen on hsn. It has a well at bottom to where the grease goes and than cleans the grease and then u can put clean grease back in fryer and the dirty grease stays at the bottom of the oil pan.
Soak in hot soapy water...

What oil do I use in my t-fal ez clean deep fryer?
Dec 26, 2007 by Brand X | Posted in Other - Food & Drink
Hi I'm new to deep fryer's and I just got the t-fal ez clean for christmas. I wanted to know what the best oil to use in it. Also is just any oil suitable or will problems occur. It doesn't say anywhere in the manual. Thanks
You can use pretty much oil...some are better for you. Some have transfat which is bad, and some don't. So your options are canola oil, vegetable oil, peanut oil, olive oil...etc.

You can use pretty much any oil. Peanut oil is usually my preference for deep frying.

Does anyone have experience with T-Fal Deep Fryer? It is worth buying?
Nov 01, 2007 by Wordsmith | Posted in Cooking & Recipes
It works great - we love ours. We don't fry alot but it's nice to have when we want sweet & sour chicken, wings, hush puppies etc.
Never had a problem with it...but they get REALLY funky if you don't clean them well each and every time you use it. So I would make a habit of cleaning it out everytime.
