My Bull Breed Is SO Jumpy! Is that normal?

She's a lil bit boxer, a lil bit pit, and a lil bit English Bull,...
She is very sensitive to all kinds of noises. We could be all cuddled up, (she is a VERY cuddly dog) and somebody could drop a pin, next thing ya know I have scars from her clawing her way straight up & out. Is this a bull traight? Or is it because of of a previous trauma she had once when her leash got tangled up in a hot gas grill that "chased" her when she was young? She also had a bad experience with a fan that fell on her, so she's really jumpy about fans.
Long story short, My bull mix is jumpy as all Hell. Is this common for the breed, or was she really that scarred by the grill and the fan incidents? Can I fix this? She's really a mess. Jumpiest dog you ever saw. I just don't know what to do to calm her down. She's the most mellow laid back dog I ever saw, until there is the slightest noise and she loses her everluvin mind! HELP! I don't want her to be this way forever. We're all snuggly-like, then the mailman drops off a letter and I have claw tracks scarred on my arm or wherever. This really must stop!

"i have a 2000 ford mustang. blue in color, v6 & a automatic.
it has light damage in the front bumper due to all of the holes & hills. The front bumper was cracked when i got the car & the pecies that are chiped were barely hanging then. Nothing that 80 dollars couldnt fix.
it has 112xxx miles, very cheap on gas, runs & drives great. Never been wrecked, clear title, & ive never had a problem at all out of it other than the recent exhaust leak that it has, but its minor. all it needs is a gasket which is 10.00 at advance, ive checked just havent had time to get it fixed. Custom sun roof, body kit, pioneer CD player,light up gas and break peddals blue neon underglow, tinted windows, blue & black seat covers, blue and grey interior, 17" inch ultra spyder chrome rims with new good year tires & the factory rims with tires. New halo projector headlights not even three weeks old that have blue led lights around them. This car has been well taken care of, if it was up to me i would keep it! Right now i have two 12 inch audiobahns in it with a 1600 watt legacy amp that also has blue led lights, but i haven't made up my mind if I'm going to let it go with it or not (depends on how much i sale it for.) I have a aftermarket spoiler (thats in the picture) and the origional factory spoiler. A aftermarket grill thats on it now & the factory grill. clear tail lights & origional tail lights. Car is clean inside & out."

How to turn on the oven in a Westinghouse gas upright stove?

Hi, my flat has a Westinghouse gas upright stove. Unfortunately, nobody in the flat knows how to turn the oven on. We still are able to turn on the grill. Here are 2 photos of the oven:

When I turn the oven knob anticlockwise, I don't smell the gas, then push the ignition, nothing happens. But if I push the oven knob, I can hear the sound of gas being provided into oven, then I push the ignition again, still nothing happens.
I can't find any manual guide on the Internet about this product. Could you tell me the steps to turn it on, I'll try it.

Is there a safety hazard in allowing my tenants to utilize their barbque grills?

Is it dangerous to allow the tenants to use barbeque grills in their patio area when there four to five gas meters that occupy a section in each patio?

My dad is wanting to buy a gas grill. He wants it for when summertime hits and we grill allot in the summertime. He is into the big fancy silver like titanium I think they are but they cost like in the thousands of dollars. And they have like 6 burners but he does not know which one to buy so which grill is a good one. please help
