cooking chicken drumsticks on outdoor gas grill?
Aug 12, 2007 by P.J. | Posted in Cooking & Recipes
I make chicken drumsticks on the outdoor gas grill. First i boil it in water until its done, and then i spray the racks well on my outdoor gas grill with pam and heat the grill. The problem i am having is, when i put the chicken on the grill and turn the drumsticks to brown the other side, the chicken sticks to the grill rack and i wind up losing lots of the chicken since it sticks to the racks. How can i prevent this from happening? Thanks for any advice.
dont move the chicken until it is thoroughly brown..after that it will easily let go of the grill..you are moving it too soon...

Gas grillI specialist needed. I want to change the old type outdoor gas grill to the new type.?
Apr 02, 2008 by phemail10@yahoo.com s | Posted in Maintenance & Repairs
The grill is in very good condition. I need a plumbing tube with an LP orifice & female compression fitting to make a conversion. Where can I get this? Most grill places don't have the shaped I need. Can I go to a plumbing supplies place? Don't tell me to go to the company.....they can't help. Thanks..
Go to an LP gas dealer. I have found all sorts of fittings that I couldn't find in stores.

What is the best outdoor gas grill?
Jan 28, 2007 by Brian W | Posted in Other - Home & Garden
Looking between $200-350 range, durable and stainless steel. We live in a colder climate and need one that will be fine even during tough weather conditions.
I live in New England and "Q" all the time, do yourself a favor and get a Webber. I've had many over the years and this last one was a nice Kenmore but only lasted about 4 yrs, still using but on it's last leg. If I spent the xtra $50 for a Webber I think I'd still be happy. Happy "Qing"

What is the best way to clean the inside of a very greasy outdoor gas grill?
Jun 29, 2007 by Brian M | Posted in Cleaning & Laundry
I've tried a lot of cleaners, but most require a lot of scrubbing to get clean.
Lock a couple of small 'possums in the grill overnight. You could pour in some gasoline and set it on fire. The only good next best alternative is elbow-grease, and EasyOff.
