I need skin care advice?

I have a pimple on my nose, and I want it gone before school.
I have one of those conair facial spa face steam thing...
would that get rid of it?
what is a good stradegy...
steam, splash with cold water?
I also have blackheads on my nose.
Would the steamer thing get rid of them?
how do i do it for blackheads?
Or should I put toothpaste on them?
I actually do have the biore pore strips.
someone recommended I use them after the steam, and they would come right out... but it didnt work at all for me =[

Are Facial Sauna / Steamers any good?

I am thinking about buying one, I was just wondering if they are any good? I have acne and i heard they are good for that, but i also heard you can breakout more from it? Does it make your skin look healthier or anything? If someone could just tell me some details about Facial Saunas that would be great. I just want to buy a cheap one, like the Conair or Revlon one, has anybody used those?

They really aren't that good. In fact because of the humidity it makes the face look puffier.

Garment Steamers?

I DESPISEEEE ironing and want a good garment steamer. I also like the idea of being able to steam my sofa (kills germs and freshens). I also figure that I can save a lot of money by cutting laundry expenses down. I sometimes only put on a pair of slacks and a polo for an hour or two. I feel dirty not putting them in the wash anyway but on the other hand they probably don't REALLY need to be laundered.

But I already got burned (not literally) with that dumb Toby Steamer which was a piece of doo doo. So now I'm looking at the Conair Compact Garment Steamer. Does anyone have the this product or used it? And are there any other economically priced steamers out there that any of you are satisfied with?

Opinions on garment steamers?

I am looking to buy a garment steamer and have found mixed reviews for each one I have looked at. Does anyone have an opinion as to which brands create the best results? I am not as worried about price as I am about satisfactory results, ease of use and durability. So far, I have been researching Jiffy, Homedics, Rowenta and Conair. Each of these brands seem to have similar features - any opinions on these brands or any others I may have missed? Thanks!!
I am planning on using it on clothes with the hopes of eliminating ironing. Business shirts and slacks - those sorts of things.

What are you planning on using it for/on? Clothes, drapes/curtains, etc.? Also, if clothes, are you looking for something to take the place of using an iron, or, just for stuff like suits and other special stuff like that? Different models are better for different things.
